Try this simple drill to simulate the proper bar path
- Anchor a moderate resistance band and grab a light bar
- Step back until the tension in the band is pulling your forward
Your goal is to maintain contact with the bar along with your quads and shins. This should help reinforce you to keep your lats engaged.
