Adam Mondak
Physical Therapist
Adam Mondak received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Andrews University in Michigan. He then went on to work at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Hawaii for four years, where he was able to work with a wide variety of an athletic population including pro surfers, marathon runners, ironman participants, and power lifters. Adam enjoys working with all ages in getting them back to doing what they love. He has his Strength and Conditioning certification and is a Clinical Athlete provider. He is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance and is a big advocate of continuing to learn about advances in healthcare to better help his patients with the newest research available.
In his free time, he enjoys being active by playing sports, going to the gym, being outside, and traveling with his wife. He is also a big Detroit sports fan! Adam loves being a physical therapist because of the relationships that he can build with his patients and help them reach their goals and full potential!
