There is one major trait that is shared among the most successful patients in physical therapy, and that is consistency. The human body has an amazing ability to adapt. However, it will not adapt without something encouraging it to make a change on a consistent basis. That means that there’s no quick fix when it comes to conservative healthcare. It does not matter how heavy a patient lifts in a week or how perfect their form was that one session if there is no consistency.
